Return, Refund & Limited Warranty Policy – Snap Shark

Snap Shark is an international ocean-inspired jewelry brand committed to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and in providing fair, clear, and responsible service to our customers worldwide.

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the terms of this policy.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, the order enters processing and fulfillment and can no longer be canceled or refunded immediately.


30-Day Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)

All Snap Shark products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, exclusively against manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects may include:

  • Faulty clasps

  • Broken solder points

  • Structural breakage not caused by external force

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Pulling, twisting, dropping, or impact

  • Repeated bending or adjustments of adjustable items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural changes in the appearance of the material over time

  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, or humidity

  • Improper storage of the product

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the 30-day period, Snap Shark will always seek the best solution for the customer.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • replacement of the same item

  • shipment of a replacement piece

  • or another solution considered appropriate after review of the case.

Before requesting any refund or initiating a payment dispute, customers must contact our support team at contact@snapshark.org, providing the order number and clear photos of the product.

Our team will review each case individually and work to provide the most appropriate and fair solution.

Refunds will be granted only when it is not possible to provide an alternative solution.

Snap Shark reserves the right to determine, after technical evaluation, whether the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect or improper use.


Mandatory Claim Procedure

In order for any warranty, exchange, or refund request to be reviewed, the customer must:

  • contact us via contact@snapshark.org

  • provide the order number

  • submit clear photos of the product and packaging

  • submit the request within the applicable timeframe

Each case will be reviewed individually so we can determine the most appropriate solution.

Requests that do not follow this procedure may be declined.


Return & Refund Conditions

Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from our support team.

Returns sent without authorization will not be processed or refunded.

If a return is authorized, we will provide the return address via email.

Our return logistics center is located in Brazil, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.


Claim Timeframe

Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds must be submitted within 15 days after receiving the product.

Cases related to manufacturing defects remain covered under the 30-day limited warranty described above.

Requests submitted after the applicable timeframes may not be processed.


Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 14 business days to the original payment method.


Limitation of Liability

Snap Shark is not responsible for:

  • damage caused by improper use

  • fit or adjustment issues in adjustable items after repeated bending

  • failure of the customer to follow product care and handling instructions

By purchasing an adjustable item, the customer acknowledges that excessive bending may compromise the structural integrity of the product.


Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute with a bank or credit card provider, customers agree to contact Snap Shark directly for resolution.

Our support team is available at contact@snapshark.org and will work to provide the best possible solution.

Snap Shark reserves the right to provide payment processors with transaction records, delivery confirmation, and communication history in order to formally contest any dispute or chargeback.


European Union Customers

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply, including the 14-day withdrawal right after receiving the order, where applicable.

This right does not apply to personalized, made-to-order, or promotional items.
