Shipping policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Snapshark.org. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 24 business days.
Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.


We celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

OUR TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

RETURNS:
By placing an order on Snapshark.org you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Snapshark.orgis not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United Kingdom                                         9-15 Business days

Canada, Europe                                         8-15 Business days

Australia, New Zealand                              8-15 Business days

Central & South America                          10-20 Business days

The Middle East & Africa                                  15-35 Business day

Max delivery time – 50 business days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

*Shipping time to India is 30-60 days due to restrictions and limited carrier options.

** If the shipment is sent via ePacket due to a lack of other carrier options, the estimated delivery time is 20-50 days.

***Liquid and Electronic products will take additional 5-10 days
